Individual Therapy

Therapy for Adults 

I aim to provide culturally responsive therapeutic services. Individual therapy is tailored to you. Together, we identify your therapy goals and develop a plan to work towards accomplishing them.

What We Can Work On

During our sessions, we work on a range of emotional and behavioral issues including but not limited to ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, family dynamics, and grief and loss. Generally, clients attend therapy every week.

What To Expect

Sessions are approximately 50 minutes long. All services are virtual via Simple Practice, a HIPAA-compliant tele-therapy system.
