Welcome!
I am a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. I work with young adults and adults who feel young at heart navigating life challenges such as ADHD, traumatic experiences, family and relationship conflicts, life transitions, challenges across life stages, and grief and loss.

I have experience working with individuals and families from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, including first-generation and immigrant experiences. My work has taken place throughout Maryland (Montgomery County), Washington, DC, and Virginia (Fairfax, Arlington, and Alexandria counties) in a range of settings such as non-profit organizations, elementary schools, in-home services, crisis centers, and private practice.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the city, listening to audiobooks, staying active, and spending time with loved ones.

I hope that by exploring my website, therapy feel less scary and stressful and more like a meaningful step towards taking care of yourself
